Check-In / Check-Out

On your day of arrival, your room is available from 14:00. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 19:00. On your day of departure, your room is available until 11:00. Late check-out subject to availability €50 per person.

Dog / animals

We inform you, that dogs/animals unfortunately aren't allowed in our hotel.

Food allergies and intolerances

Our kitchen team is happy to cater for any dietary requirements. Please inform us in advance.

Non-smoking policy

All rooms and the whole hotel are non-smoking zones. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Family discounts

Children up to their 4th birthday holiday free
50% discount from 4 years to their 8th birthday
30% discount from 8 years to their 12th birthday
20% discount from 12 years

Surcharges and deductions

Prices per person and day in a double room for three days or more, plus local tax of €3.40 per person and day from 14 years
Short stay of one to two nights 10% surcharge
Single room supplement: €40 per day
Bed and breakfast deduction of €20 per person per day
Additional breakfast €20

Shuttle service

If you arrive by train our hotel shuttle collects you directly from Brunico railway station (12km). We are happy to organise transfers from Fortezza railway station or Bolzano airport at an extra charge.

Payment of the hotel bill

You can pay your hotel bill on the day of departure from 08:00 or the evening before until 21:00 in cash, by EC card or credit card.

For a binding reservation please send us a deposit of 30% of the total amount to the following bank account:

Cancellation policy

Up to 20 days before arrival, there are no cancellation fees and your deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 19 and 3 days before arrival, we charge 50%.

From 2 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the total price of the stay.

What if something unexpected happens?
Whether you are unable to start your holiday or need to return home earlier, protect your stay by simply adding travel insurance to your booking.
