Sustainable
on principle.

We are ecologically minded; sustainability is close to our hearts. Out of respect for the environment and nature.

Everything new is built using sustainable methods by South Tyrolean craftspeople. Furniture and textile furnishings are predominantly made from natural materials and indigenous wood.

 

In addition to separating waste and using less paper, as an environmentally conscious hotel we save energy with the help of the latest LED lamps and heat-insulating measures, use environmentally friendly cleaning agents without chlorine and phosphates, print stationery in a climate-neutral way, and obtain our electricity from the local cooperative of the municipality of Campo Tures.

Fresh from the fields tastes best: The shared field of the KooperationTaufrisch provides us with fresh vegetables, herbs and flowers throughout the summer and into the autumn. We cook regional dishes, according to the season, and products such as eggs and cheese come from neighbouring farms.

 

You can leave your car keys in the drawer: Directly from the hotel you can reach Campo Tures and Brunico easily, comfortably and free of charge every fifteen minutes. With our Holiday Pass (Guestpass) you also enjoy free rides on all public transport throughout South Tyrol! If you arrive by train, we will collect you from the station with our hotel shuttle.

 

Water, energy, mills - these three are the pillars of a promising pioneering project: With an energy trail, water worlds and themed children’s playground, Molini di Tures is set to become an energy village. Current small power plants will be made accessible as industrial monuments as soon as the mills are no longer used for electricity generation.
