HÄPPI- Reduction
Children's reductions on the stated rates:
- up to 5,9 years -100%
- 6 – 11,9 years -50%
- 12 – 14,9 years -30%
- from 15 years -15%
Valid in summer and winter when staying in the parent's room (2 fully paying guests).
Answers to FAQ
- Extra charge for single room? € 11,00
- Reduction for B&B? € 10,00
- Arrival/Departure? The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Dogs/Pets? We are sorry, but we do not accept animals.

Cancellation? Sounds inconvenient - and it is for everyone. Thank you for your understanding in us having to charge the following in the case of cancellation:
- no charge if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before expected arrival
- 60 days to 14 days prior to expected arrival: 3 days
- 14 days prior to expected arrival: 50% of the entire period booked
- late arrival/early departure: 3 days
- Changes and errors excepted
