Information sheet on the "Privacy Laws"
in accordance with art. 13 of law no. 196 from the 30th of June 2003.
To whom it might concern,
The "Privacy Laws" control the protection of personal data and obliges businesses, which process information of natural and legal persons (e.g. clients of suppliers), to adhere to a series of obligations, such as to inform the persons in question on the processing of their data.
Data which is submitted by you personally (by phone, fax or e-mail) or by third persons or verbally, are exclusively used for the following purposes:
- For purposes which are connected to obligations resulting from laws, regulations, contracts and provisions, and which are passed by legal authorities, control and inspection authorities.
- For the purpose of a seamless processing of business relation, administrational and accounting purposes and for our ordinary business operations.
- For goals related to any type of business, like the submission of business information and commercial material
- For fulfilling contractual obligations with regard to the person in question, for the protection of claims and the administration of obligations
- For billing purposes
- For internal statistics
In compliance with art. 24 of the "Privacy Laws", for the processing of the above mentioned data the consent of the person in question is not required.
Our business guarantees, within legal limits, that the collection and processing of your data will take place with the greatest respect to privacy.
The processing of data occurs manually and/or by means of electronic or telematic systems and, in any case, in such a way so as to guarantee the safety and privacy of your data. Our business complies with the technical security measures stipulated by law, which guarantee the protection of the owner of the data.
During the course of our business operations our business can transmit your data to the following recipients:
- To public authorities, if this is stipulated by law
- To credit institutions, with which we cooperate in order to administrate claims/obligations and for the transfer of financing means
- To all natural and/or juristic persons, public and/or private authorities, if the transmission is necessary. (accountants and tax consultants, chamber of trade, etc.)
According to the Pricacy Law you are entitled to receive information on your personal data at our business at any time. You can check and confirm, correct or complement your data, but also request the cancellation of your data from our files.
